Specialist in general medicine (m/f/d)

At the Medical School Brandenburg Theodor Fontane (MHB), a full-time job (40 hours per week, part-time possible) is to be occupied as a doctoral scholar as a teaching coordinator*in (m/w/d) at the Institute for General Medicine at the Brandenburg site at the Havel.

The place includes (further) development, coordination, implementation and ensuring high-quality courses in general medicine.

The place is limited to 24 months, with the option to extend. The Institute for General Medicine of the MHB is committed to medical education and research in Brandenburg. In close cooperation with the teaching practices on site, the students of the MHB are taught practical skills, a well-founded understanding and, above all, enthusiasm for the medical profession - already from the first stage of the study. In cooperation with the MHB's research practices network, practical issues can be investigated scientifically and new findings can be tested directly in clinical care.

Against this background, you play a central role in the implementation and (further) development of the teaching activities of the institute, also in connection with parallel clinical activity:

Development, planning and implementation of high-quality courses and examinations in general medicine Technically sound support and qualification of teaching practices with regular on-site visits to ensure high training standards Acquisition, selection and coordination of external teachers to ensure an excellent teaching offer Participation in the further development of the curriculum and the planning and implementation of innovative teaching projects if necessary Conception, implementation and sound evaluation of teaching and course evaluations for continuous quality assurance Support for scientific research projects and publications Qualification:

Completed medical studies Specialist in general medicine or advanced training in general medicine Funded knowledge in primary care, practical organization and patient management Experience in research and scientific publication of advantage

Teaching & Didactics:

detectable teaching experience and ideally medical-didactic qualification Joy in communicating knowledge and working with students Experience in the development of teaching formats and curriculum of advantage Ability to convey practical content vividly and motivatingly
