• Close cooperation with the home and care management at the organisation and management of care,
• FREE MOVEMENT OF ACTIVE PFLEGES,
• Service design and failure management,
• Coordination and organisation of care visas and care documentation,
• Participation in team meetings,
• Introducing and onboarding new employees,
• Ensure and comply with legal requirements and quality standards, inhabitant care according to PEBEM,
• Participation in the recruitment process of new employees care,
• Contact persons for residents, nurses and Members.

DEIN PROFIL:

• Examinated nursery (w/m/d) or equivalent degree,
• Continuing training for nursing services Care compartment
• Ideally experience with those affected (internal) training available),
• Required to provide a guidance certificate when hiring.
