Your tasks

• You support our field management on external management and office management
• You act as a central contact person for your colleagues from the projects, controlling and human resources as well as for our suppliers
• You are responsible for the approval and risk assessment process in relation to the abrasion resistance, the conclusion of the contract and onboarding and offboarding for our external employees
• You take over the ongoing contract management in coordination with the departmental management, including extensions, changes, new contracts and terminations of contracts
• Together with other colleagues, you take responsibility for the documentation, further development and optimization of the processes of our external management
• You will create various reports for the projects, department management and management

Your qualification

• Successfully completed training in the commercial sector, ideally in office management or as a lawyer (all genders) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in office management, project management office or team assistance (all genders)
• found professional experience; ideally in the office environment is advantageous
• Very good handling of MS Office products
