Location: Heilbronn In your important position with budget responsibility, you will always ensure economic IT processes and effective digitized processes with your team.

You take over the strategic and operational management of the IT department and guarantee the availability, high performance and security of all IT systems, applications and other IT infrastructure, so that all areas can work best. Your special attention is focused on IT compliance – data protection through backup solutions, emergency management and business continuity. You are responsible for the use of personnel and resources, including IT lifecycle, license, contract and document management. With a good sense of feasibility and in exchange with the specialist areas, you will be able to introduce suitable AI solutions as well as optimize ERP processes and select the most modern applications. In addition, you set the technological basis for digitization projects and create decision-making templates for management to identify opportunities, risks and needs for action. Last but not least, you identify potentials for the further development of IT architectures and technology standards and act as a leader in IT, digitalization and other adjacent projects.

Completed studies in computer science or Business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in IT operations, application management, IT infrastructure and IT service management and practice in the professional and disciplinary management of employees Know-how in information security, IT compliance, data protection and risk management Routine in controlling external IT service providers and complex IT projects Reliability, communication talent and an eloquent appearance compared to all hierarchy levels Entrepreneurial thinking, communication and conflict resolution skills and a service- and solution-oriented mode of operation
