Senior Tax Manager Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

Consultation and support of the operating units and of the domestic and foreign group companies in billing price questions Analysis and compilation of business models and transactions under accounting terms Conception and implementation of billing price strategies and models as well as participation in the ongoing control and monitoring of billing prices coordination, preparation and development of global and local accounting price documentation; Creation and maintenance of Intercompany contracts Support of tax audits and representation of business interests to financial authorities in relation to settlement price issues Participation in international (pre-) understanding and arbitration proceedings in billing questions Participation in projects with offset price reference

You have successfully completed economic studies or have similar training in the field of taxes and balance sheets You have collected at least five years of relevant professional experience with a focus on accounting prices for a larger consultancy firm and/or a larger industrial enterprise. You have routined knowledge in MS Office and ideally have experience with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP and / or diary, as well as affinity for data structures and processing in tools such as MS Power BI Analytical thinking as well as a high number affinity, combined with a precise, self-explanatory and solution-oriented way of working, you are characterized You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing Own initiative and a high degree of team and communication skills complete your profile
