Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Senior Service Coordinator & Supervisor - Service Center Köln (m/w/d) now and in full time in Cologne. For more than 70 locations, the Service Center Köln ensures decentralized service production and permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service in the BWI-internal IT. As a result, we have made the enthusiasm for IT our profession and are looking for like-minded people.

Order acceptance, testing and clarification of order and delivery orders with regard to terminological and economic feasibility taking into account stocks

Maintenance and update of hardware in stock to maintain operational capacity

Intake of goods including incoming goods inspection of consumables, spare components, hardware and material of destructive reservoirs including hardware regeneration

Storage and inventory management in SAP

Commissioning, shipping, transport and delivery to the disposal and clarification of warranty claims

Acceptance, qualitative testing and further processing of interference messages, orders and requests in the ticket system

Timely and economically efficient disposition of orders in compliance with agreed service levels and escalation processes

Tool-based control and support of service technicians to ensure smooth order processing

Communication and coordination with customers, foreign companies, internal interfaces and technical field service

Completed 3-year vocational training in IT or comparable

About 3 years of professional experience in the area of dispatch / disposition / coordination / scheduling

Embossed IT affinity and sound knowledge with ticket systems, service times (SLAs), IT processes and MS office

Knowledge of the peculiarities of the customer Bundeswehr of advantage

Individual initiative, organisational skills, good team and communication skills as well as customer and quality orientation

knowledge in the field of IT management networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and experience in quality management desirable

Flowing German knowledge of word and writing as well as driving licence class B
