Trade Compliance is a key part of the Digitec Galaxus Supply Chain, covering all customs processes and serving as a crucial interface between Logistics, Procurement, Suppliers and Customs Authorities. Above all, you bring a strong hands-on mentality to the role. Take ownership of all customs clearance processes and ensure that all related tasks are completed and on time Lead the Trade Compliance team both professionally and disciplinarily across Germany and Switzerland Contribute active to projects requiring customs expertise and developing scalable solutions Monitor customs clearance costs and take responsibility for the internal control system Act as the Supply Chain Management representative in daily interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, while advising Category Management on customs, Incoterms and related topics Represent the company as the designated representative towards authorities and ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are maintained at all times

Completed degree in Business Administration, International Business Law, Logistics or a related field, or commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a Foreign Trade Specialist, Customs Specialist or Trade Compliance Manager several years of professional experience in customs and import/export operations, ideally with initial leadership experience Solid knowledge of cross-border e-commerce specifics, including Swiss customs law Experience with customs software, ERP systems and the automation of Trade Compliance processes Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, a high degree of ownership and experience in project management Fluent in English Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to interact across Logistics, Finance, IT and external service providers You build trust through consistent and reliable actions You use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Values, not empty words: Cooperative, innovative, piratesque, responsible, ambitious – these five values are what we practise and preach Courageous thinking: We encourage everyone to think on their feet, and love it when You come up with bold or edgy ideas Uncomplicated approach: Simplicity is at our core.
