Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a senior engineer product technology MEMS, you take responsibility for the serial support of our MEMS products based on 300 mm wafers. At the beginning, you will accompany the ramp-up of MEMS products and support the ASIC technology sector in the introduction of new products and learn the location-specific processes, methods and systems to prepare for the series production of MEMS technologies. Necessary evaluations are provided by you independently and on time. To do this, analyze large and different amounts of data (mtrology, defect density, PCM, EWS, etc.) and use available analysis methods. You are responsible for the yield of strategically important or complex semiconductor products and initiate targeted improvement measures. New team members will be incorporated by you and will also act as a professional mentor and share your experiences from successful challenges. You independently and regularly report the status of your products and represent your topics in cross-site meetings. You are also known externally as competent contact persons and occasionally represent presentations to management.

Education: successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in electrical engineering, physics, material sciences or comparable degree programme Experiences and know-how: multi-year relevant professional experience in product technology or an adjacent field of the semiconductor industry, experience in the independent management of fault analyses and technical projects, proven results in data analysis and increase in yield, and deep knowledge of the relevant analysis methods Personality and working methods: structured, independent working and ability to take responsibility Languages: good German and English skills
