Completed qualification as a state-recognized educator, social pedagogue, social worker, childhood pedagogue/in, medical education/in, medical education/industrial education/industry As a childhood teacher, you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree Joy in inclusive pedagogical work and individual support of children An appreciation and resource-oriented attitude that focuses on the individual child's skills and needs Sensitivity, patience and sense of responsibility in dealing with children with different support needs Joy of teamwork, professional exchange and collaboration with parents and network partners
