Our IT department is a central driver for digital transformation and e-government. It is responsible for a secure, stable and sustainable IT operation, which we ensure by planning and controlling our IT subsidiary CONITAS as well as other powerful IT service providers. Our mission In the course of the further development of our IT organization, the new unit “Technical Solutions and Infrastructure” will be the team “Operative IT Security and Risk Management”. Here we bundle the operational management of IT security measures and the management of IT risks. As a team leader, you take responsibility for building and managing this area – and ensure the reliable and secure operation of our IT through effective security and risk processes.

Leadership and management tasks: You build up the “Operative IT Security and Risk Management” team, perform and manage it professionally and humanly, responsive achievement, compliance with quality standards and control processes as well as process content. Operational IT security: Operational IT security measures are planned, executed, monitored and continuously developed. This includes building a strong vulnerability management, incident management and security monitoring together with our service providers. IT risk management: You conduct IT risk analyses, identify and evaluate vulnerabilities as well as threat scenarios, initiate mitigating measures and are responsible for the operational implementation of IT risk management within the framework of the requirements. Process control & IT operation: The IT risk management and IT security processes assigned to you control, monitor and optimize you continuously to ensure smooth running and compliance with defined standards. Services and Concept Management: You commission, evaluate and examine concepts, methods, reports and documentation and take over the technical coordination with internal and external partners. Interface and committee work: You coordinate cooperation with internal organisational units and external services and cooperate in IT-internal and external bodies and coordination.

Education: You have completed relevant university studies, for example in (Technical or Applied) Computer Science, Business Informatics or Law, or Business management (each with information technology focus) or equivalent skills and experience. Management competence: You can already present several years of professional and personal leadership experience in the IT environment. Experience and knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of operational IT security and experience in risk management and incident management complete your profile. Expertise: You have a deep understanding of IT landscapes and IT systems as well as basic knowledge of regulatory issues. Personality: Good communicative skills in written, oral and personal form to convey complex facts. Operation: You point with structured and analytical thinking and action.
