The main tasks include: Operational Purchasing and Logistics: Supply of the Carried Cruise Ships (Fluss and/or Hochsee) with Food & Beverage as well as other hotel and non-food products – in close cooperation with the team and on board Order and invoice management: control and triggering of ship orders, checking of invoices and purchasing controlling Quality assurance: monitoring and ensuring product and service quality. Cross-disciplinary topics: support for projects and initiatives in purchasing and logistics Support in the further development of procurement processes and systems (including CrunchTime, Oracle Fusion, Excel tools) – incl. Interface Management, Data Analysis and Reporting
Take this with you: Commercial training or similar profile – ideally with experience in purchasing, logistics or maritime environment practice in the purchase and/or procurement of R&B; Experience on board cruise ships is a plus Interest in digital procurement processes, good understanding of system-based processes Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel; First experiences with ERP or commodity management systems are advantageous Analytical thinking ability, economic understanding and a structured, independent way of working Team spirit, communication strength, enforcement capacity and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Loadability, reliability, integrity and sovereign handling Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A valid work permit for Germany (e.g. EU citizenship, blue card or other residence permit with work permit) is required
