For further development, we are looking for a (Senior) Account Manager (m/w/d) that develops and accompanies our customers in the coffee industry in the long term. We are looking for an open, strong communication personality with real interest in the coffee industry. Ideally, you will bring experience from areas such as roasting, raw coffee, specialty coffee or gastronomy. Multiannual experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the enterprise environment Detectional successes in the strategic development of existing customers (farming) reference to the coffee industry, e.g. through experience in: roastery; Specialty Coffee, Raw Coffee, Coffee bars / Gastronomy Authentic understanding of the coffee community – you speak their language and move safely in the market Impressed communication and consulting skills and a high degree of ownership Experience in dealing with complex stakeholder structures and longer sales cycles Safe handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and common sales methods (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN, Sandler) Very good knowledge of German and English
