User support 1st-level support for colleagues in the company Acceptance and processing of IT tickets Support for software and hardware problems Establishing user accounts, rights & accesses

Jobs & Hardware Installation & setup of PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices Maintenance & maintenance of existing equipment Support for orders and inventory of hardware

Software & Tools Support for installation & updates of software User management & basic administration

Documentation & System Care Care of IT documentation & knowledge articles Order & Transparency in the IT Inventory & Ticket System

Project support Working with IT rollouts & smaller infrastructure projects Support for training for employees

Special Must Haves: Basic IT skills through training or practical experience Solid understanding of Windows systems & MS 365 Basic understanding Networks (WLAN, LAN, Router, User Rights) Fun on problem solution, support & communication Careful & reliable operation Good knowledge of German is required, in particular due to safety-relevant documentation and internal team communication

Nice-to-Have: First experience with ticket/support systems First experience with ERP/DMS/CRM tools Basic knowledge Hardware & Office setup Interest in IT security & digitization processes
