Your tasks: • Telephone consulting and customer support as well as general commercial correspondence • Creation and follow-up of offers • Order management, independent order processing • Complaint processing • Support for external services • Creation of statistics and presentations as well as article-specific overviews according to customer requirements

Your qualifications: • Completed commercial training and at least first relevant professional experience or comparable training • Open, friendly way and fun to handle colleagues and customers • High commitment and independent working • Organizational and structured work • Negotiating knowledge of English, French desirable • Secure handling of MS Office
