Global Talent Acquisition Concepts Manager (m/f/d)

You develop and control our global employer and personnel marketing strategy for different target groups You can make our employer promises along the d&b values and make it a reality worldwide You define assets, channels and content (text, visuals, social media, campaigns) and implement them effectively You create a medium-term roadmap, an annual personal marketing plan and deliver budget input You design and develop young talent programmes – from training to study to alumni You're designing guides for Candidate Experience, Career Website and Recruiting Funnel You develop methods, KPIs and stand-ards to make impact measurable and to improve In all themes, you ask how the world of tomorrow looks at the trends affecting the issues (e.g. artificial intelligence) and translate them into potential for d&b in the employer branding and recruiting environment.

You have a degree in economics, communication, psychology, HR, marketing or a comparable field. You have a relevant training or additional qualification in the field of Employer Branding, HR, Marketing or Communication You have several years of experience in Employer Branding, Personal Marketing or Talent Acquisition and have ideally experience with Young talent programmes (training, studies, high school marketing); an AdA appearance is liked You think strategically, work conceptually and implement ideas pragmatically Experience in an international and decentralized organization will help you but are not useful You understand different target groups and translate needs into clear messages; Contact points with AI tools in the recruiting or marketing context are helpful You work structured, data-based and conduct analyses You can communicate safely in German and English
