Team Leader Municipal Service - Digitization Energy Supply * (m/f/d)

You keep an overview of a broad portfolio of tasks and ensure that priorities are clear and results are delivered reliably and in high quality. You give orientation: with clear expectations, constructive feedback and an attitude that promotes responsibility and makes performance visible. You create an environment in which your team acts independently – and in which you are at the same time the place when it comes to it. You drive digitization and automation in a targeted manner and actively shape the further development of our central systems such as KOMPASS, Energy Portal, EnergyMonitor and CRM. You'll get your expertise in the management team's concession and make sure that themes are moving across areas. You work closely with other executives and find solutions, even if interests and perspectives are different.

You have a completed university degree and first leadership experience – ideally both in line and in IT or transformation projects. Energy supply, digitalization and cooperation with people will delight you alike. You realize early where action is needed, and go on pragmatic, structured and with a clear focus. You communicate precisely and at eye level – even when it becomes challenging. You remain sovereign, decision-making and solution-oriented. You stand up for your topics, can arrange different perspectives and make decisions consistent. You take responsibility, go ahead and make sure that concrete results are made of ideas. Networking, cooperation and open exchange – also across corporate boundaries – are of course for you.
