Head of Group Payments - Payment Department (m/f/d)

VOCATIONAL PAYMENT PAYMENT The Group of Payments currently consists of 13 employees working on all tasks relating to bank payment transactions. As a group leader*in, you organize efficient business processes in the team and actively participate in the development of overarching processes and processes with other specialist departments, e.g. market, compliance management, quality management, maps. The entire payment transactions of our customers, e.g. Sepa-ZV, foreign payment transactions, online payment transactions, real-time transfers /Wero is the central task of the group. In close coordination with the department manager Payment, you also perform the operational control of the different service providers.

You are responsible for the group payment transactions in the newly created Payment department You guide and motivate employees in your group The customer-centric, solution-oriented and efficient alignment of business processes The continuous development of the group in fast and permanently changing framework conditions, such as the use of automated processes to the use of AI, in order to meet customer requirements quickly, efficiently and qualitatively high quality You support cross-departmental and cross-departmental cooperation, for example with the sales units or compliance management You control and monitor service providers in connection with the tasks of your team The completed implementation of regulatory requirements for the responsible area of responsibility You have role model function and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and achieving the goals of our bank through your action
