– Check-in and check-out – Processing requests and reservations – Guest advice and support – Payment processing – Administration of the receiving bank – Coordination with other departments – Takeover of breakfast service if required

– Ideally, a completed training as a hotel specialist, as an alternative in a comparable service profession – cross-comers are welcome! – Lust and motivation for the daily tasks at the front office – Safe occurrence even in stress situations – Flexibility, resilience and sense of responsibility – Fun at organizing – Good ways of handling, a well-kept appearance and always a smile on the lips – Self-employed and hospitable – Good knowledge of German and English (further foreign languages of advantage) – Secure handling of Windows software – Communication capability – Service and team-oriented work presentation
