You work with interdisciplinary teams, including developers:inside, test managers:inside, architect:inside, project manager:inside and product developer:inside You identify, document and manage requirements as a central interface between specialist and development teams You consolidate, evaluate and question the requirements for the IKG Underwriting platform to be developed and derive meaningful and logical implementation concepts The management of the implementation process, including planning, coordination, ongoing reporting and ensuring the required quality and time requirements, is in your task You support bug analysis and active stakeholder management You start test cases, plan test phases and perform these independently

You have a degree, e.g. BWL, (economic) computer science, insurance, vocational training or relevant professional experience in IT You bring at least 2 years of experience in requirements engineering and/or business analysis, ideally in the insurance environment Analytical thinking, excellent communication and moderation capabilities as well as a proactive way of working characterize you You have a high self-motivation, team skills and the ability to understand complex relationships You have a safe appearance at all hierarchical levels You bring openness to new technologies and willingness to continue development Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile to ensure effective cooperation in an international environment Knowledge in Jira, Confluence and agile methods are advantageous
