Your tasks:

• Ensuring the high quality of residential care
• active promotion of quality management
• Personnel management, planning and development
• Service design
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of concepts for incorporation, specialist management, training, care process control and care control
• Coordination of cooperation with doctors, therapists and other partners
• Implementation of care visas, case conferences, support concepts, care and therapy planning

Your profile:

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)
• completed studies in the field of care or recognition for care services according to §71 SGB XI desirable
• Leadership and management experience
• Enforcement and organizational assets
• Empathy and communication skills
• strong social competence, commitment and joy in dealing with people
• IT user knowledge (MS-Office, industry software maintenance documentation and service planning)
