Independent processing of tasks in the project team Monitoring of engineering offices in new, re- and extension buildings, one-time repairs and construction maintenance measures in the field of electrical engineering Technical and appropriate implementation of measures in compliance with public procurement and contract law and the time and cost framework Negotiation and communication with all project participants Monitoring of planning and construction services up to acceptance, billing and handover to the user BKA The contracting entity’s representative in negotiations with contractors and for all project participants

completed studies (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) in the field of electrical engineering of an adequate field of study or comparable qualification; as an alternative a completed training as a state-tested technician or master (m/w/d) of the ELT department with many years of relevant professional experience knowledge of relevant standards such as VDE and the various HOAI performance phases as well as planning and construction management experience; Knowledge of public procurement and contract law is desirable Own responsibility, customer orientation, organisational skills and a strong team spirit Good knowledge of MS Office, an AVA and a CAD program Knowledge of the coordination of planning services with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Ability to large-scale construction sites or in tight spaces Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch A successful (extended) safety review is a prerequisite for the job placement if the legal requirements for their implementation are met.
