Building function for the district of Karlsruhe in the technical building management department HLSK Contact for specialist planners, specialist companies and project management TGA topics for construction Construction monitoring and decreases Audit and cost monitoring of the entrusted TGA units Creation and processing of schemes and overviews using CAD Participation in the targeted integration of BIM in the life cycle of the local real estate

Complete study of HLSK or Master / Technicians with corresponding experience Experience in construction management and construction monitoring Interdisciplinary experience in the TGA Safe handling of AVA and CAD programs Experience with the topic BIM is beneficial Self-responsibility and communication skills within a complex environment with different actors
