Head of the IT and Medical Technology division You carry out the overall strategic, technical, economic and organizational competence for the business sector and develop it consistently along the requirements of modern university medicine. Strategic and operational management as well as continuous development of the IT and medical technology division Management, development and professional management of the associated executives and employees Development and implementation of a future-oriented IT, technology and medical technology strategy, as well as significant participation of the company-wide digital strategy Strategic development of digital transformation and responsibility for its technological capability, architecture and sustainable integration into the IT/MT landscape Ensuring efficient, service-oriented and user-friendly IT operation for the users (m/w/d) of university medicine and further developing and guaranteeing a highly available, secure and resilient IT infrastructure Responsibility for information and IT security and the implementation of relevant legal and regulatory requirements Further development of IT and medical technology process management including failure, emergency and business continuity concepts Strategic development of medical technology and its integration into clinical and digital processes Control and prioritization of the IT, technology and medical technology project portfolio and participation in the company-wide prioritization of digitization and transformation projects Development of IT governance, enterprise architecture, technological target architecture and operational and service models Responsibility for technological data architecture, data platforms, integration, interoperability and secure and resilient provision of data Management of strategic service providers and technology partners as well as economic and transparent use of financial and human resources Close cooperation with the Executive Board, the clinics and institutes, the administrative and scientific fields as well as the functions of the University Hospital responsible for digitization, data management and clinical information strategy Management of changeMITdigital GmbH In Personalunion you take over the management of changeMITdigital GmbH and bear the entrepreneurial, economic and organizational responsibility for the company.
