Unwinding and controlling vehicle returns to leasing transmitters Check and release of invoices and cost estimates Ensure and monitor legal requirements Ensure, monitor and comply with safety requirements, warranty obligations and holder liability Plan, coordinate and monitor test intervals, and legal obligations Analyze and reduce operating costs Maintenance of digital management of resources and certificates Monitor and ensure appointments, inspection intervals and quality standards Taxation and processing of damage and insurance management Monitoring the use of tank cards and their evaluation Data maintenance of the fleet management system Coordination of vehicles, equipment and construction machinery within the fleet

Combination of technical understanding, business knowledge and legal know-how in fleet management Knowledge of the handling of cars, commercial vehicles (NFZ) and construction machines Experience in fleet management, in particular in leasing, rental and procurement models Good knowledge of contract law and road traffic regulations (StVO) and road traffic regulations (StVZO) knowledge in the field of construction machinery and equipment (e.g. excavator, wheel loader, small equipment) and in the handling of DGUV regulations, safety and hazardous materials (m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d) or comparable qualification; ideally further training for the certified fleet manager Multiannual professional experience in fleet management or the management of vehicle and machine fleets Very good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Taifun) and digital fleet management systems Valid driving class B
