You support the operational units in organising and administrative tasks. You monitor and follow dates to achieve an efficient daily routine. You create general correspondence, presentations and evaluations and lists and templates. You support our project teams. You are laying down project-relevant documents in in­dustrial customer systems. They're taking over the telephone.

Commercial and/or technical training Secure handling of SAP and MS Office Technical understanding is desirable (but not a must!) In this job, the organizational skills and a structured way of working are the A and O.
