A place where you count Our electronics production continues to develop – with state-of-the-art SMT/SMD systems, automated testing methods, data-driven production processes and a high degree of digitization. To strengthen our team, we are looking for additional employees (m/w/d) for multi-layered operations that have the pleasure of working in an innovative and technologically demanding environment.

A job that counts: your tasks Roughs and operating of the SMD equipment and the AOI inspection system Set-up control and splicing of components Ensuring time and quality production Optical control of electronic assemblies Eliminating simple disruptions to machinery and equipment Professional and ESD-compliant handling of electronic assemblies Supporting our LEAN activities Removal of disruptions in the process sequence Implementation of quality controls (workshop inspection) Documentation of the test results and booking of the returned production quantities in SAP MII

Experience that counts: Your skills Complete technical vocational training and/or relevant professional experience in the field of electronic manufacturing Knowledge of the reading of technical drawings and production documents Self-working, strong quality awareness and team skills Willingness to shift work (2 layers; if necessary also 3 layers) Joy in participating in continuous improvement processes at the Ennepetal plant
