You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a multi-species team and develop our asset control in the business areas of electricity, gases, drinking water and wastewater with your employees You are responsible for the technical evaluation and reporting on the economic, technical and qualitative performance of all assets under management You develop KPIs for the performance and risk management of our assets and derive data-based decision bases to further develop our asset strategies You are responsible for the data-based identification of optimization potential life cycle and prepare optimization proposals for efficient and effective management You continuously develop our IT systems, processes and control logics in asset management

You have a degree in economic engineering or a comparable direction that provides you with a solid technical basis for the responsible management of your team within the Badenova network You bring a good technical understanding of energy and water management and can derive strategic goals and decisions from economic aspects You score with asset management experience and have knowledge in control with key figures You have the ability to make complex facts understandable and are analytical and structured to think You bring experience in the leadership of employees and use your design space to continuously develop your team
