KG takes over the role of the contractor representation in the new building, rebuilding and refurbishment of its own buildings as well as constructions of Group companies and represents the co-ordinative link between the Group and the Group respectively. • Support of project management in the project work of different buildings.
• Support for needs and budgeting.
• Support for the strategic development of cost databases of existing properties, inventory analyses and evaluations and land determinations.
• Development and implementation of standards such as project envelopes and templates on funding measures.
• Topics of sustainability such as certifications, timber construction, circular construction and Cradle-to-Cradle.
