Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

For this key position, we are looking for a Commercial Manager (m/w/d) responsible for Finance, HR and IT. Together with the location management, you design the business and organizational development of the company and create the conditions for further growth.

General responsibility for Finance, HR and IT Further development of commercial control including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and controlling Design and optimization of commercial structures, processes and control instruments Strengthening of staff organisation and support for managers in personal questions Coordination of local IT topics in cooperation with central functions Leadership and development of interdisciplinary teams Close cooperation with the location management in all commercial and organizational issues

Successfully completed studies of business management, economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a manufacturing business environment Experience in the responsibility and further development of commercial functions, ideally in finance, HR and IT Knowledge of financial and accounting, controlling, budgeting and forecasting Experience in the design of organizational and process structures Entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced communication strength and a pragmatic hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English
