We are now looking for a working student (m/w/d) in the area of HR – personal care at CHECK24 Sachversicherungen Zentral GmbH in Frankfurt.

Support in day-to-day business: Together with our staff representatives (m/w/d) gain insights into the diverse topics of personnel work Processing into processes: Get to know all relevant processes and tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle Contract creation: Prepare work contracts, contract changes, certificates and various certificates Data and briefing: Carefully maintain personal master files, personal files and mistime management Preparation of salary billing: Create new employees, collect data and accompany the monthly process

Study: You are currently immatriculated – ideally, you are at least in the second semester of your Bachelor's degree or already in the Master's degree in the field of pedagogy, psychology, BWL Practical experience: First insights into commercial activities (e.g. through internships or working student activities) you already bring with you; HR experience is advantageous Engagement & Own Initiative: High motivation, readiness and desire to take responsibility Communication strength: joy in working in the team and in exchange with colleagues IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing
