Preparing floorings and constructions, laying insulating materials and introducing screed according to the technical requirements of the respective construction project. Responsibility in the Estrich team: Depending on the experience, work as an educator, smoother or maschinist and ensure precise, resilient and professional execution of the areas. Implementation of varied construction projects: realize different screed constructions on larger building sites – including floating screeds, heating screeds, balancing screeds and constructions on insulation. The references of Floor König show projects with surface areas of several thousand square meters.

at least 5 years of professional experience in estrich-building; completed artisanal training is desirable, but with corresponding practical experience it is not absolutely necessary. Practical experience as an educator, smoother or chinist, as well as knowledge in the professional laying of insulation materials and in the construction of different screed designs. Driving licence class B, German knowledge at least at level B1 as well as willingness to coordinated assembly operations within Germany and experience on large-scale construction sites.

Fair & reliable payment: For estrich peas, a minimum chord wage of 19 € per hour applies; Depending on experience and qualification, higher earnings are possible. There are also Christmas money, punctual payment and transparent bills.
