Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d)

Valuable team leadership & development: Discipline and professional leadership of a motivated team of 9 to 10 employees in financial and accounting. You accompany the reorientation with a lot of fingertips, strengthen self-responsibility and ensure a positive coexistence. Operational 'Hands-on'' day-to-day business: Active cooperation in the booking and processing of complex ongoing business transactions (debitors, creditors and property accounts) according to HGB, in order to understand and drive processes close to the skin. Conclusions & Reporting: Competent creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, as well as the control of open positions and the management of guarantees. Interface management: Close, partner exchange with controlling, management and external partners such as auditors and tax advisors. Process optimization: further development and modernization of accounting procedures to relieve the team and ensure an efficient structure.

Education: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a tax specialist or industrial businessman) with completed training as a balance sheet holder (IHK) (m/w/d). Professional experience: Multi-year, well-founded practice in financial and accounting – ideally with industry experience in industry, construction or real estate. Leadership competence: Detectable experience in leadership of teams, coupled with a high empathy and the ability to motivate employees. Hands-on-Mentality: Embossed Macher qualities, paired with a structured, analytical and targeted way of working to tackle themes that arise. Personality: communication-strong, grounded and binding personality with great enthusiasm for the presentation of structures in the medium-sized environment.
