Lead Data Strategy & Governance (m/f/d)

• You develop and implement a clear, scalable data strategy that is precisely aligned with the company's goals. • You define and establish models for data governance, data quality and data ownership and build a comprehensive governance framework. • You translate business requirements into data-driven initiatives, identify strategic use-cases and ensure their successful monetization. • You support a company-wide data set, prioritize data-based projects and secure measurable business results. • You coordinate the development and alignment of data platforms (e.g. Data Mesh) and work closely with Data Engineering, IT, Enterprise Architecture and AI teams. • You lead an interdisciplinary team, control its cooperation and ensure that all initiatives are implemented in a targeted and efficient manner.

• You have a successfully completed computer science or science-technical study or an equivalent professional experience. • Multiannual practice in Data Strategy, Analytics or Data Management is proven. • You have a deep understanding of modern data architectures such as cloud, big data and AI/ML. • Experience with Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture and its regulatory requirements will complement your profile. • You bring a wide-ranging process understanding from the industry and have successfully led transformation projects. • Agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe are used to consistently implement strategic goals. • You convince with leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking and change management experience, so you are inspired by teams and deliver results. • flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
