Reception organisation: You take the responsible organisation and management of the reception area and make sure that our guests feel welcome from the first second. Check-in and check-out: You are the first and last contact for our guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. Cash management and accounting control: As a cash expert, you keep the overview and start and control the invoices professionally and reliably. Reservation management: You accept reservations by phone and in writing and process them with the utmost care. Guest care: The satisfaction of our guests is your heart. You take care of your concerns and make sure You feel at home. Coordination of house technology and housekeeping: You're the pivotal point and make sure all departments work together smoothly. Language talent: German and English you master in word and writing. Other foreign languages are advantageous, but no condition. Computer professional: The handling of computers, especially Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, will not cause you any trouble.
