Specialist in quality assurance and management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for ensuring and continuously improving product and process quality in production. You coordinate quality-relevant measures and guide KVP quality projects. You support the introduction of the quality module in SAP and the preparation of a CAQ system. You are responsible for the monitoring, development and documentation of the QMS and related processes. The implementation, evaluation and analysis of quality controls and the introduction of CAPA measures are your tasks. You moderate problem-solving processes (e.g. 8-D reports, FMEA) and employee training. You carry out internal audits and accompany external audits including Maintenance of quality-relevant documents.

You have a completed technical study or technical training with further education. You have been able to gain professional experience in quality assurance and management for several years, ideally in the production environment. You have well-founded knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and, if necessary, industry-specific standards. You are safe to use quality methods (e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC, Ishikawa, 5 Why). Good IT skills in SAP, MS-Office and, if necessary, also CAQ systems (e.g. Babtec, Böhme&Weiß) belong to your strengths. You're drawing on your analytical mindset and structured approach. A strong communication and enforcement capability as well as team orientation complete your profile.
