For an internationally active industrial company, we are looking for new employees at the Lauf an der Pegnitz site from now on, in full time, in the long term and with the option to take over new employees.

Your tasks:

• Takeover of vehicles using order documents (e.g. work plan, list of pieces, handover protocol)
• inspection of vehicles and parts for damage and completeness, if necessary Report to supervisors
• Preparation for painting: cleaning, siliconizing, positioning, characterizing and assigning components
• underground processing by grinding (manual/machine) and spatula work if required
• Conducting small repair and repainting (e.g. with cup gun or spray can)
• Mixing of multicomponent materials according to technical specifications
• Finish work such as polishing (manual/machine) and interior cleaning according to internal guidelines
• Removal of the cover material, testing safety-relevant components for paint freedom
• Completion and provision for the next step, documentation of the results
• cleaning and maintenance work as well as material maintenance according to internal requirements

Your profile:

• Experience in the preparation of vehicles for painting
• Safe handling of technical documents (e.g. work plans, lists of pieces, handover protocols)
• Exercise in visual examination, ground preparation, grinding and spatula work
• knowledge of the performance of small painting works (paintings, repair coatings)
• Handling of multicomponent materials and their professional mixing
• Careful execution of finishing work (polishing, cleaning, control)
• Responsible work after internal quality and test specifications
• Organizational designer for material care and work preparation
• Reliable, teamable and quality-oriented
