Analysis, maintenance and enrichment of customer and prospective data as well as ensuring data quality in the CRM Identification of sales opportunities through database evaluations, white-space analyses and analysis of customer structures (cross/upselling) Selection and prioritization of target customers for efficient management of the external service Planning, implementation and support of sales and marketing campaigns Creation of reports, statistics, KPI analyses, management and competition analyses Development of process guides, documentation and playbooks Close cooperation with sales, marketing and management

Passion for data-driven work and process optimization High self-responsibility, hand-on mentality and structured working Experience with CRM systems, ideally SAP, as well as very good Excel knowledge Technical understanding of data models, integrations and ideally first experience with AI/automatization tools (e.g. N8n) Very good German knowledge and good English skills
