Sachbearbeiter Recording/Calculation (m/w/d)

The Finance & Controlling department is responsible for patient intake, performance accounting, financial accounting and controlling in the entire company.

Your tasks:

• Administrative intake of stationary and outpatient patients
• Insurance and patient data
• Execution and examination of admission contracts
• Data check/cost backup
• Communication with sickness insurance funds via § 301
• Representation of the main fund
• Main data maintenance (Doctors/Sickness Insurance)
• Reporting, cooperation with authorities, sources
• Acquisition of various invoices (issues, advance payment)

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training, ideally in healthcare
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• Nexus knowledge
• Knowledge of social security law
• Embossed ability to work independently and correctly
• Good customer communication
