Your duties Coordinate prototype production: Responsibility for the planning and implementation of pattern presses - close coordination with development, tool construction and production Developing processes: Analysis and optimization of existing production processes with regard to quality, costs and efficiency Accompanying transitions: Ensuring process capability during the transition from prototyping to series production incl. Evaluation with statistical methods Promoting automation: developing and implementing technical solutions for process automation Guided tour & training: Specialized guidance of adjusters and specialists in the field of pattern production - including knowledge transfer in new processes Quality & security in mind: support in complaints, error analysis and implementation of EHS requirements incl. Risk assessment of investments

Your profile Technical studies: Master in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical discipline Professional experience: At least 3 years in the manufacturing environment - ideally with focus on process development Communicative & binding: Safe in coordination with internal interfaces and in the management of small teams Structured & solution-oriented: Analytical approach for technical details and practical solutions Language knowledge: Very good in German and English in word and writing
