For our renowned customer, a leading company in the Tool and machine industry, we are looking for the next possible date a/n technical/service employee (w/m/d). You are responsible for repairs, maintenance and technical advice CNC machines, both on site and by phone/online Support.

Concentrate with an external service (once per week) You to the region of Southern Germany and occasionally adjacent European countries. Their tasks include: support, the processing of customer requests and complaints, and the handling of spare parts and warranty cases.

Your tasks:

• Repair and maintenance of CNC machines: They lead independently Repair and maintenance work on CNC-controlled machines our customers on site.
• Technical advice and support: They offer our customers phone and online technical support and help with the solution of problems.
• Processing of requests and complaints: Edit Customer requests, complaints and ensure a fast and satisfactory solution.
• Processing of spare parts and warranty cases: You take care of ordering spare parts and processing of cunning and warranty cases.

Your profile:

• Technical training: You have a completed training in Electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or comparable Area.
• Professional experience: You have experience in repair and maintenance of CNC machines or electrical systems.
