For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a reliable manufacturing employee/plant operator (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Plant operation: monitoring and operation of the production stations in the continuous production plant.
• Production monitoring: monitoring of the production process.
• Quality control: Regular visual and quality controls of the product produced.
• Troubleshooting: Quick reaction in case of malfunctions or deviations in the production process.
• Documentation: Capture and document relevant production data.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: A completed training in the field of industrial technology, e.g. as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Cross-comers are also welcome.
• Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in the operation of machines and equipment as well as knowledge of industrial production processes.
• Technical understanding: A good technical understanding and craftsmanship.
• Teamwork: You like to work in the team and are characterized by high responsibility and reliability.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in early, late and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
• Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
