For the rollout of the security keys, we are looking for a help for each location. The application is done on site at the service point. FIDO‐Keys issue and registration Implementation of all necessary steps in the SPIDER tool (customer account system/internal management tool) Support of beneficiaries in setting up and using FIDO keys Working hours Funkhaus: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00 Working hours in Freimann: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 14:30
