You create transparency and support individual precautionary decisions. Professional Responsibility bAV: You provide professional support for our internal precautionary and utilities solutions and continuously develop them together with Human Resources. At the same time, ensure high-quality and practical advice. Process and concept development: You analyze existing processes around precautionary insurance, identify optimization potentials and develop sustainable technical and conceptual solutions for our internal processes. Project work: You participate in cross-departmental projects around precautionary and supply issues and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our offers and processes. Regulatorics & Market Monitoring: You follow developments in the field of bAV and prevention, assess their impact on the RheinLand Insurance Group and derive concrete recommendations for action.
