Head of Division in Integration Assistance (m/f/d)

With commitment and responsibility, you control and organize your area under technical and business aspects. You are responsible for the occupancy, reception processes and the need-oriented support of the beneficiaries. You guide, accompany and develop your employees and provide predictive personnel and assistance planning. You are responsible for managing the area budget and for the economic use of resources. You ensure the quality of care and the implementation of professional standards. You work trustfully with members, legal supervisors, service providers and external cooperation partners. You are responsible for internal housing consultation including the processing, consulting and coordination of enquiries on our housing offers. You support the representation of interests of the beneficiaries and promote their participation in our offers.

You have completed a social science study or a social education and several years of professional experience in integration aid. You have the ability and sensitivity to guide employees with appreciation and to guide them professionally. On the one hand, you work independently, on the other hand you appreciate the joint teamwork. You strive for openness in encounter and presence on site. The requirements of the BTHG are familiar to you. An ICF-oriented mode of operation with the beneficiaries is important to you.

We offer an indefinite working relationship in part-time with 30 hours per week for a payment according to an operating agreement with dynamic adjustment, binding annual special payment, children's allowance and after two years of service an occupational pension scheme.
