In the outpatient of Betreuten housing, people with mental illness can receive individual and needs-oriented support. Support, guidance, motivation and training of mentally ill people in all day-to-day practice areas, the need to implement goals and the search for future perspectives. Resource-oriented accompaniment of residents at specific personal appointments, doctor visits, etc. Initiation of necessary measures in the event of self- or foreign risk. Office organisation and general administrative activities. Documentation of residents' appointments and resident activities, agreements etc.

You have completed your studies as a social pedagogue with specialized high school or Bachelor's degree or completed training as a specialist nurse for psychiatry, educator, curative nurse. You are already experienced in the care of people with mental illness and can design aid processes with an overview and sensitivity or want to gain first experience in this area. You are reliable and bring the necessary social competence in dealing with clients. You are engaged with pleasure in your work in a multi-professional team. Good knowledge of the legislation in force. Organisational skills, responsiveness, enforcing and empathy complete your profile.
