We stand out with tailor-made casting cores that are manufactured using the most advanced method of 3D printing. Support us as a production employee:in die casting and be part of our team: You use our interlinked systems and insert cores precisely into the molding system to start the production process optimally. When removing the cores from the transport devices, carefully check them for damages or defects to ensure the highest quality standards. If required, press mold supports exactly into the bottom box shape and ensure that the cores are placed straight and without sand strapping. You take over various packaging and sorting activities for core packaging materials and containers to secure an organised workplace. The final superficial visual control of the finished box shape is your responsibility so that only perfect products are processed further. You support the team at the production line and help with personnel failures to maintain the production flow at any time.
