Head of Financial Processes and Systems (m/f/d)

You are a contact person when it comes to developing and implementing a global finance-process-&-system strategy in line with Bechtle Vision 2030 and promotes harmonisation and optimization of central end-to-end financial processes (e.g. R2R, O2C, P2P, Plan-to-Perform). Whenever it comes to the further development of the finance system landscape, you actively shape it, in particular in the context of SAP S/4HANA, BI tools and Bechtle-specific platforms, and introduce your expertise into the Group-wide S/4HANA orientation. You take care of the digital transformation in the finance sector by using automation (RPA), AI-based solutions and data standardization as well as the integration of low-code platforms (e.g. Appian) in finance and approval processes. In your position, you ensure compliance, tax and accounting requirements in an international corporate structure and work closely with IT, controlling, accounting and international companies. You support the development of automated finance processes using the Bechtle Remote Operations Center (ROC) managed service infrastructure and introduce best practices from large-scale ERP and data harmonisation programs. Last but not least, you control transformation projects, establish global governance models and actively participate in the Group-wide SAP S/4HANA orientation based on the expertise of the SAP@Bechtle Competence Center (S/4HANA, SAP HANA, Application Services). You take on the construction and leadership of a team of Process Experts, System Specialists and Business Analysts, creating the basis for a sustainable development of the area.

Completed studies in business management, finance, business informatics or a comparable discipline. Multiannual experience in Finance Process Management or Finance Systems, ideally in the international IT or service environment. Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations and the integration of finance and ERP systems. Strong process understanding and sound know-how in automation technologies. In addition, you will bring extensive project management skills and experience in matrix organisations. Very good knowledge of English as well as strong communication skills on management levels.
