As an Azubi, you're going through all the departments in our hotel: Housekeeping, restaurant, bar, banquet service, breakfast kitchen, reception, reservation, event office and sales & marketing office. Vocational theory takes place twice a year as a block teaching in the vocational school. After three years of training, you have gained good basic expertise in all departments and can be used in all areas.
