Creation and maintenance of a smooth, transparent and integrated schedule in MS Project Professional

Integration and synchronization of scheduling between national and international Rheinmetall companies, subcontractors and internal trade unions

Development of the critical path, success-determining milestones as well as scenarios for time optimization in a highly complex and agile program environment

Continuous updating of all project plans in close cooperation with the fields of engineering, purchasing and production

Control of the Baselining and Change Management of the Scheduled Planning with Budgets, Costs, EVM and Contract Changes

Interface function and direct contact for Earned Value Management (EVM)

Building meaningful planning reports and direct reporting to the program manager as the basis for management decisions

Successfully completed business or technical studies

Multiannual professional experience in the integrated scheduling of complex major projects and in project management

Knowledge of MS Project Professional or comparable tools for distributed scheduling

Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing for international cooperation

Analytical way of thinking combined with the ability to act in a targeted and independent manner in the team even in the case of planning uncertainties

Willingness to occasional worldwide missions
