We are looking for an employee in IT and Media Technology (m/w/d) at the Musikschule Part-time, unlimited The job is 50%. The music school is a large cultural and educational institution of the city of Ulm. 2,800 pupils are taught here by about 100 teachers with a teaching volume of 1,500 hours per week. In a house full of music, the music school offers an interesting and varied working environment. The digital change in both administration and teaching is a central topic of the music school's future and shapes the further development of the technical infrastructure and digital processes. Payment is made by 9a TVöD.

Your tasks: Support for the development of a digital management of the music school Contact person*in for topics in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Care and data management of music school software iMikel Support and first-level support of the iMikel Music School App for employees and pupil families First-level support for administrative staff, teachers and pupil families in IT and application issues Cooperation with central departments of the city administration, in particular with the urban IT department and the building management department Cooperation in the field of information and communication technology (IuK) Conception and introduction of innovative digital services for the music school and participation in the optimization of digital processes

Your profile: a completed training as a specialist informantin, KfM system managerin, digitalisation manager*in or a comparable qualification well-founded practical expertise in all the topics of information and communication technology relevant to music school (IuK) Interest in new technologies and digital trends and the willingness to share knowledge Ability to work quickly into new facts and technical systems very good oral and written knowledge of German (min. level C1) English knowledge and/or knowledge of a further language are advantageous structured, independent and dedicated working methods Teamability and strong communication skills Joy in work in an artistic and educational environment Basic knowledge of programming and software development Flexibility for occasional work in the evening or weekend by appointment Willingness to take annual leave mainly in the time without education
